Order Placement
- All orders must be placed through our website or authorized representatives

Order Modifications
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order placement. After this period, orders cannot be modified or cancelled as they may have entered our production process.

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will honor the original quoted price.
Alterations
Our professional alteration services are designed to ensure the perfect fit for your garments.
Alteration Process
- Initial consultation and measurement are required for all alterations
- Alteration timeline is typically 3-7 business days
- Rush alterations are available for an additional fee
- Multiple fittings may be required for complex alterations
Alteration Limitations
While we strive to accommodate all alteration requests, some modifications may not be possible due to garment construction, fabric limitations, or design constraints. Our specialists will advise you of any limitations during the consultation.
Alteration Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days after completion. If you're not satisfied with the alteration, we will make necessary adjustments at no additional cost.
Delivery
We offer flexible delivery options to meet your scheduling needs.
Delivery Areas
We currently provide delivery services within a 25-mile radius of our boutique location. Extended delivery areas may be available for an additional fee.
Delivery Schedule
- Standard delivery: 2-5 business days
- Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12 PM
- Weekend delivery available with advance scheduling
- Delivery time slots: 9 AM - 12 PM, 1 PM - 5 PM, 6 PM - 8 PM
Delivery Requirements
Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If no one is available, we will attempt redelivery at no additional cost. After three failed delivery attempts, storage fees may apply.

Our express services are designed for urgent requests and time-sensitive occasions.
Express Processing
- Express orders receive priority processing
- 24-hour turnaround available for select services
